Multiple Integration: A body B is made up of 2 cylinders: x² + z² ≤ R² AND y² + z²≤

Hi everyone :) I have a scholarship exam coming up and really need help with this question :)

A body B is made up of 2 cylinders:

x² + z² ≤ R² AND y² + z² ≤ R² WHERE R > 0

i) Find the area at plane Z = t
ii) Find the volume of body B
