My post isnt showing and has been lined out

i recently posted a question, it hasn’t showed up yet, I know u dont have paid members and things take time but when i look at the post in my dashboard it has got a line through it, does that mean it has been declined to be posted for some reason?

I can't tell why the post's subject line had a strike going through it, but it should be gone now.
