Ok I can honestly not get these two problems. I tried and tried and I would always end up with a decimal for one of the values. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
2x+4y-2z=3
x+3y+4z=1
x+2y-z=4
and
3x-y-2x=11
2x+y-2z=11
x+3y-z=8
I took equations 1 and 2 and 2 and 3 and cancelled x out to get my 4 and 5 equations. From there I cancelled out Y so I could find z. Sometimes I would find z but when i plug z into equation 4 it would come out as a decimal. That either happens or I just find a decimal when I find z. My head is going to explode lol please help.
