I need to solve for p but having some trouble.
. . .\(\displaystyle \large{ \dfrac{1000}{\pi}\, =\, }\)\(\displaystyle \large{ \displaystyle \int_0^{12}\, \left[\, 1.75\, \sin\left(0.5x\, +\, \dfrac{\pi}{7}\right)\, +\, p\, \right]^2 }\)
I tried everything but it keeps coming up as an imaginary number! I know its because when I do the quadratic formula my b value is negative but maybe im approaching it wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
