I've been having trouble with this question in our practice exams. I sorta get Q6, but I have no idea what to do with Q7. An exclamation for both questions would be useful.

Before I give an explanation:
One thing you might do is to draw in the picture the angle that represents the true bearing of A from O; and then, likewise, the true bearing of O from A. That gives you something concrete to think about.
Or, you may have been taught something about how the two are always related, and can quote that to us.
