Need helping finding a Nash Equilibirum

I am trying to find the Nash Equilibrium for the following Table:

1,4 1,4
5,2 5,2

When I plug it into a Nash Equilibrium Calculator it says that down, left and down, right are the best options but I just want to know how we get to that.
