I encountered an error today. I hadn't seen it before. It was supposed to be a Domain problem. It turned into an Algebra Problem.

Solve: $\displaystyle \sin\left(\frac{x}{n}\right)\;=\;6$

Very Deliberate Student Solution: $\displaystyle si \left(\frac{n}{n}\right) x\;=\;si (1) x\;=\;six\;=\;6$

I think they were pulling my leg.

Yeah, that's definently fake. And it's a trig problem if anything.
