The teacher has told the principle that there is :

Half of the students listen to the lesson
1/4 (quarter) of the students looks like they are listining to the lesson
1/7 of the students likes to talk when I'm giving the lesson.
The three left students are sleeping while I'm giving the question.

Can someone please give me the Final Answer , please

n = number of students

n - n/2 - n/4 - n/7 = 3

Solve for n

n = 28 . . .

Well, that's COOL, Aladdin...but I'm not at all sure how getting the answer handed out on a silver platter helps a student at ALL in the long run.

There's that old parable about giving a man a fish, and teaching a man how to fish.....

I gave the student the final answer, that's how all math books works.It's back to the student to know how to achieve this answer.
