Hello. I had a question dealing with triple integration. Here's the problem:
Consider a solid cone. The radius of its circular base is 2 and its height is 2. If the density function is σ(x,y,z)=x2z find the mass.
So z=x2+y2=r and x2=r2cos2θ I understand the limits of integration. My question is the order of integration, I know I have to use dz r dr d(theta). Does it matter which order to use and, if it does matter, how do I know the order to use?
