This is a math help site where we help students with their homework. We do not do homework for students.

1) You need to draw the reference angle.
You are told that sec? = -5, ie sec? is negative. In which quadrants are sec negative in? Since sec is the reciprocal of cos, you can ask yourself which quadrants are cos negative in. You will get two answers for the quadrants. To narrow it down to one quadrant they tell you that csc? is negative (ie sin<0). Of the two possible quadrants which has csc? negative? That is the quadrant which the reference angle goes in. Now since -5 = -5/1 you can label two sides of the (reference) triangle remembering that the hypotenuse is always positive. Now find the third side using the pythagorean formula.

Post back showing your work and please include a diagram.
