I am giving parallelogram, MATH, clever name , and is shows diagonals intersecting at O. Then, I am told to identify the type depending upon the given condition...
Example:_____ _____
MT is perpendicular to AH.....does this mean classify the parallelogram? I dont understand what the ? is asking.

***M is Left top corner, A is Right top corner, H at the lower left hand corner and T at the lower right hand corner....Diagonals drawn from M to T and from A to H..O labeling intersection in the center...

Thank You in Advance!!! Lexie

Do you mean what is it? Square, Rhombus, or rectangle....? The drawing appears to be a rhombus however, no tick marks or 90 deg. angle signs indicate this....I am just told its a parallelogram...

You have a parallelogram. Perpendicular diagonals makes is a special case. It is a specific type of parallelogram.

A square is also a parallelogram. Does it have perpendicular diagonals?
A rectangle is also a parallelogram. Does it have perpendicular diagonals?
