The joint CDF is the integral of the PDF, x from 0 to X, y from 0 to Y, with the condition that \(\displaystyle 0\le x\le y\le 1\).
There are two marginal CDFs, one in x and the other in y. To get the marginal CDF in x integrate with respect to y only (from x to 1), to get the marginal CDF in y integrate with respect to x only (from 0 to y).

I got 2x^2y^2 for the joint cdf, 2x^2 for marginal pdf f(x), and y^2 for the marginal pdf f(y)Please share your work/"tries" - even if you know that those were wrong.
