What is the formula for the perimeter P of a rectangle with length L and width w?

What expression represent the length L in terms of the width w for this particular rectangle?

By plugging the given perimeter value into the perimeter formula, along with the variable and the expression, what equation can you create?

What solution do you get to that equation?

Please reply showing your answers to the above. Thank you! ;)
