This would require you to know what the "point-slope" form of a linear equation looks like. I assume you know that from your studies.
Point-Slope Form: (y−y1)=m(x−x1)
You're going to have to find the slope of the graph of your given linear equation. Can you do that? Can you solve the equation for y to put it in slope-intercept form?
If you can do all of the above, then you simply substitute the point coordinates you have for x1 and y1, and the slope you just found for m
