Present value of future stream of cash

I can find equations to determine the present value of a stream of cash inflows, but I cannot find the equation for the present value of a stream of cash inflows that start at a future date. Any help is appreciated.

I'm looking for the present value of a cash inflow of $1,794 per month starting in July 2013 and continuing through December 2037.

x = PV of flow as at Jul.1st, 2013
y = PV of x as at NOW (Jul.1, 2010?)

Jul 1/13 to Dec 31/37 = 294 months; Jul 1/10 to Jul 1/13 = 36 months;
assuming rate of 9% cpd. monthly and PV date of Jul.1, 2010:

x = 1794(1 - 1/1.0075^294) / .0075 = 212610.20

y = 212610.20 / 1.0075^36 = 162465.86 : there ya go!
