a & b) seriously?
count up the number of twos in each set, divide that number by the total number of dice throws for that set
c) theoretically the number of twos will be distributed with a Binomal(N, 1/6) distribution. N=20 or 80.
If you don't know what that is get reading!
d) the idea is that more data gets you better estimates, expound on that.

I think Romsek misinterpreted (c). The theoretical probability of rolling a 2 on any one roll is just 1/6, and that is what you are to compare to the experimental probabilities. No fancy distributions are needed here -- you'll get to that eventually.
I like this problem, which gives you a sense of what real events look like. If you think about it, you'll realize that it was impossible for either experiment to yield the exact theoretical probability!
