This problem in general is giving me trouble.

Janet had trouble choosing outfits, so she made spinners to randomly select outfits. Based on the spinners, what is th e probability that she wears a hat with boots?

The first spinner has 3 options: scarf, hat, and pin. Each one is a 1/3 chance. The next spinner also has 3 options: tall boots (50%), Black sandals (33%) and short boots (1/6)

PLEASE HELP

P hat=1/3
P tall boots=1/2

p short boots =1/6

probability of a hat,AND ,tallboots OR short boots is?
when you say AND you miultiply; when you say OR you add!!

P=1/3 [ 1/2+1/6]
