Question : "Which of the following represents the largest 4 digit number which can be added to 7249 in order to make the derived number divisible by each of 12,14,21,33 and 54."

What I did :

LCM of 12,14,21,33 and 54 is : 8316. Largest number in 4 digit is 9999. So now I am complete blank how to find 7249 + n = that 4 digit number. I mean first I have to find that 4 digit number. How to find it can any one help me?

You have found the target number to be 8316. You need to add something to 7249 to get 8316. Where are you stuck? ;)
