problems in college algebra

I have that there are no oblique asymptotes. is that right?

can't do long division on this one...
h(s)=(5x^3+6x+3)/(x^2)
is there an Oblique asympote????

determine whether x+ 1/3 is a factor of f(x)=3x^4+x^3-3x+1

We know that (x-a) is a factor of P(x) if and only if P(a)=0.
Does f(-1/3)=0?

the problems that I put up there are just like my homework. I don't know if f is (-1/3). I am really confused. Do you the answers to the others? there are some other problems that I don't know if I'm doing right and I didn't know if I should put them all out there or not?
