Hi I’m trying to solve the below and would appreciate any help please. At work I have a colleague and it would take him 3min20sec to rework an item. I did a few updates and the said colleague can now rework an item in 55 seconds. Cost of the colleague per hour is £12. I’m trying to figure out how the productivity increased and how much I saved for the company. Colleague reworks around 174 items per 7,5h shift.
