800 g is 0.8 kg so you need 0.8(230)= 184 ml of prepared milk for each feeding. The puppy feeds 4 times a day so you need 4(184)= 736 ml of prepared milk every day.

Assuming that the milk powder dissolves completely in the water without increasing it volume, we need 736 ml of water and 736/32= 23 "doses of 32 ml" so need 32(10)= 320g of milk powder.
