Quadratic equation??

I want an equation that matches up with the following however, plotting points produces a triangle.

x=0 y=0
x=0.1 y=0.2
x=0.2 y =0.4
x=0.3 y=0.6
x=0.4 y =0.8
x=0.5 y=1 -- If the solution requires a quadratic then having a y less than 1 is fine but would rather it be 1
x=0.6 y=0.8
x=0.7 y=0.6
x=0.8 y=0.4
x=0.9 y=0.2
x=1 y=0

I want to input x so the equation should start y=...

The best representation would be two straight lines - piecewise functions.

The function could also be expressed in terms of an absolute value, namely y = 1 - |2x - 1|.
