hello everyone, i would like someone to help me with part (D).

Supose that the revenue and cost fuction for a small bussiness are given by

R(x)=x (70-x) Where 0< x< 70
C(x) = 20x

(A) Find the maximum revenue
(B) What is the price per item that produces the maximum revenue
(C) Find the brake even point
(D) om what intervals dose a profit/ loss occur??

Try graphing the two funtions. Since profit is Revenue - Cost, the intervals where the revenue function is above the cost function you have a profit. Where it's below, you have a loss.
