Please help me solve below question...thanks

The tangent to the curve at point P where sinX = 12/13 cuts the tangent to the curve at the point Q where Cos X = 3/5 at R.
Find the coordinates of R. Answer: R(4/7, -7/4)

This is my friend exercise and I'm a college student.
I'm stuck at the beginning, is't use differentiation dy/dx to solve it?
