Questions about my Statistics II Exam (80% of withdrawals through ATMs...)

Hello guys!

I've failed my exam and I need to do it again in 2 days. If you could help me with this question of my last exame I would really appreciate it.

The Questions I have is:

It is known that 80% of withdrawals through ATMs of one major bank refers to amounts less than 300€. Considering random samples of 200 withdrawals in wich proportion of samples the percentage of withdrawals is less than 300€ range between 70% and 80%.
