So I received a problem where my professor asked us to go to random.org and generate numbers between 1-10.
Where I am lost, is when he asks us to identify the lowest number of random numbers we need until we get a bell curve.
Please do not just drop the answer, I would like to learn how to do this. so if anyone can guide me in the right direction that would be fantastic,

Thank you.

You already know how to do it. It is a subjective question. Do you THINK it looks like a "bell curve" or not? What the lowest number you tried that made you THINK it looked like a "Bell Curve"? Just an interesting exploration.
