A tank is in the form of an inverted right circular cone, having a height of 20 cm and a base radius of 10 cm. Water is flowing into the tank at the rate of 16 cm3/min. If there is a leak in the tank, and the water level is rising at the rate of 1/16 cm/min when the water level is 16 cm deep.
What's the rate at which the water is leaking in terms of π?
