Suppose oil spills from a ruptured tanker and spreads in a circular pattern. If the radius of the oil spill increases at a constant rate of 2m/s, how fast is the area of the spill increasing when the radius is 38m?

Am I on the right track here?
I know that dr/dt=2m/s
Am I looking for dA/dt when r=38?
Ok, do I start with the formula for the area of a circle (4pir^2)?
