I need to know the rule for this pattern of numbers 63,120 63,720 64,120 64,720

There are infinitely many rules for this sequence - just like all finite sequences.

All you can do is to guess what pattern the author had in mind. I see something fairly obvious, but very hard to express as a formula -- which isn't necessary in order for it to be a "rule" for a "pattern".

Break it up into two alternating patterns: 63, 63, 64, 64, ... and 120, 720, 120, 720, ... . Can you describe what each of those appears to be? Then that is probably what they want you to say.

Look at this link. If that site does not have your sequence in its database then there is no one definition just like tkhunny told you.
Actually, even if OEIS has it, there is no one definition! Often they have more than one. And when they don't have it, that only means it's not an interesting one, not that there is no pattern.
