What pattern do you see? We're here to help you, not to do for you. Give an answer in any form you like, and we can help you improve how you say it.

There is no way in general to be sure that whatever pattern you see is what was intended; there may be many "rules" that could work. But this one is clear enough, and not hard to state in words (but much harder to write as a formula, if you had been asked for that!).

This is a recursively defined sequence. Yes [imath]1,~2,~3[/imath] is the key, but how to get it?
If [imath]A_1=7[/imath] then [imath](\forall n\ge 2)[A_n=A_{n-1}+{(n+1 \mod 3)}+1][/imath]

Do you really expect an arithmetic student to understand what you wrote?
 
Look at the 1st, 4th and 7th term. Do you see a pattern?
Look at the 2nd, 5th and 8th term. Do you see a pattern?
Look at the 3rd, 6th and 9th term. Do you see a pattern?
