Should 1st time posters have to type a statement prior to posting showing that they understand our posting guidelines?

If you agree, then what should they have to type. I think that having them type you will receive help only if you show your work should work.
Some students post multiple questions at once all showing no work, so I think that placing a number on how many posts you can make before not having to type the statement will not work. I think that maybe it should be for 2 days that you need to type the statement. What do you think?
