ALL numbers in the numerator and denominator are within radicals.

sqrt(2x - 3)/sqrt(2x^4 + 3x^3)* sqrt(x)/sqrt(4x^2 - 9) =
sqrt(2x - 3)/(x*sqrt(x)*sqrt(2x + 3) * sqrt(x)/(sqrt(2x - 3)*sqrt(2x + 3))
