I have calculated that by rolling a 6 sided die 13 times (or more), the probability would be better than 50 / 50 that you would roll all 6 numbers.
Here are my calculations: http://www.1728.org/occupncy4.htm
A) Are my calculations correct?
B) I've read that problems such as these can be more easily solved by using Stirling's Numbers of the Second Kind, but no explanation was given. Does anyone know the procedure for doing this?

Thanks
