Can somebody please explain these concepts to me in simpler words Standard deviation, Variance, T and Z distribution, Normal distribution and Box Plot?

You are asking to be given a basic course in statistics. If you live in N.America you might explore such a course at a local community college.

Have you tried to study these terms through your textbook? What did it say - for example about "standard deviation"?
 
Get a copy of the book "Statistics for Dummies" - please don't take that suggestion personally! :)

It is a very vast subject. You need to get a tutor if possible or go to college. If not ...self study. How about Khan academy? :)
