System of Inequalities

As we have not been given the inequalities, but instead a plot, it is hard to give you an answer without talking in terms of an equation.
But I can use two functions to represent the blue and red line:
let blue = f(x)
let red = g(x)
y > f(x) and y > g(x)
or maybe
y >= f(x) and y >= g(x)
does a point (x,y) satisfy this system or prove to be false?

If the area shaded in yellow is the solution to the system represented by two inequalities (and it makes sense that it IS), then ANY point in the yellow region would be a solution.
