Taylor polynomial question

Hi guys,

I have a question which asks for the linear Taylor polynomial about pi/3 for f(x)=sin(x).

I calculated the answer to be 1/2x - pi/6 + sqrt(3)/2

I'd really appreciate if someone would let me know whether it's right or not.

That's what I got, for the linear polynomial.

That does not look correct!
You should have some x^3 terms at least!!

Thanks for replying. The question says it's linear so doesn't that make it to the 1st degree?
