I calculated 0.7256 as the r-squared value.
I'm unsure if this is correct.
I also calculated the r-value as -0.85235 as in my scatterplot it is a negative linear.
Here is the data-set used to calculate these results with both x and y variables, the x variable is the distance to the place of significance and the y variable is the price of the real estate depending on the distance.
