the student council at metropolis middle school conducted a survey to see whether students would prefer blue, green or red as the new color for the school logo...
I am attaching here the problem with the graph.
my work
60 students were surveyed
66.66 % of the students surveyed preferred blue. ( 40/60 * 100) =66.66
50% preferred red
what percentage preferred green?
I am in doubt here.
the bar graph shows the 60 students preferred the green logo.
my doubt: is this possible
the 60 surveyed preferred green and then how come there is also a percent for the rest. Doesn't 60 equals 100 % here.
I'm posting the link too
