Triangle center

A point in a triangle lies 14 inches from each side . Is this the circumcenter, centroid or orthocenter ? I reckon it is the latter ? Thanks.

The distance from a point to a line is always measured perpendicular to the line so this is, as JohnZ said, the incenter.
