triangle has length sides of 3, 4, and 5
c^2=a^2+b^2

Which numbers are the lengths of the legs and which is the hypotonuse?
Thanks in advance

G'day, Alex.

The hypotenuse must always be longer than each of the legs.

Code:
       /|
  5 / |
   / | 4
 /______|
    3
Pythagoras: \(\displaystyle \L 3^2 + 4^2 = 9 + 16 = 25 = 5^2 \Rightarrow 3^2 + 4^2 = 5^2\)
