Hey I have an exam coming in the next few days and I am completely lost on a few problems

There are a few equations listed and I have to list the period, phase shift, and asymptotes for a few tangent/cotangent problems

y=-3tan2(piX-pi/4)
y=3+4cot(5x-2)

hopefully someone can help with this by the morning thanks in advance!!!!!
