Trigonometric identities question

The correct answer is A, but I do not know how to get that.
This is a tricky numerical problem. May I suggest that you take note that [imath]\dfrac{\pi}{2}\le\theta\le\pi[/imath] so that [imath]\theta\in\text{I\,I}[/imath].
I would express [imath]\tan(2\theta)[/imath] in terms of [imath]\sin(\theta)~\&~\cos(\theta)[/imath].
I expect you to the other values.
