Please help! Any idea on how to do the following:
I would start by expressing the values of a and b as functions of the angle 30 degrees.

Then, try expressing [MATH]\cos(150^\circ)[/MATH] and [MATH]\sin(-30^\circ)[/MATH] in terms of those two functions.

Please show us anything you are able to do, so we have a starting point to help you.
