triple integral: interiors of cylinders x^2 + y^2 = 1, x^2 + z^2 = 1

The problem reads, "The region common to the interiors of the cylinders x^2 + y^2 = 1 and x^2 + z^2 = 1, one-eighth of which is shown in the accompanying figure" I know how to do this in the dzdydx format but I need to do this in any other style but I can't figure it out. Someone please help!!!:cry::cry::cry:
