Read the relevant section(s) of your textbook (or whatever you have) and see what it says about these things. How does it define words like "ratio level", "statistic", "systematic sampling", etc?

This is largely a test of your reading ability more than anything else; we can't do the reading for you, or beat the facts into your head. You won't learn if we just tell you the answers.
