I need to calculate the mean and standard deviation of the following data set:

Height (cm)150 -160-170-180-200-220-240
Frequency57111832

I'm using a Casio fx-82AU Plus calculator

I've been doing this:
SHIFT / CLR [9] / All [3] / [=] / [AC]

MODE / STAT [2] / [AC]
SHIFT / SETUP / STAT [3] / Frequency ON [1]
SHIFT / STAT [1] / Type [1] / 1-VAR [1]

This is where I run into a problem... How do I enter the data?
I entered it like this:

Height (cm)150160170180200220240
Frequency571118311
... which gave me the wrong answer.
I tried entering the 220-240 with - inbetween but it gave me an error message.
Help!

It looks like the calculator does not have a way to directly handle grouped data. You will need to enter the midpoint of each "class" or "bin", rather than the lower boundary as you did, like this:

Height (cm)155
165175190210230
Frequency57111832

Is that clear? I found the midpoint as the average of the lower and upper boundaries of each class.
