I don't even know where to start, not even sure if this counts as an advanced math question. How does one even go about proving this statement.
Prove this rule, for a sinusoid y=Asin(2*pi*ft), the RMS amplitude is A/rad2.

What have you been taught about the meaning of RMS (Root Mean Square)? To prove something, you need a starting point.

I would expect that you will be finding the mean of the square of this function over one period, using an integral, and then taking the square root of that.
