My first step would be to restate the event like this:

What is the probability that a die shows either 5 or 6, on either 5 or 6 of 6 rolls?​

Can you take it from there, and show whatever work you are able to do?

Like Dr. P said, find the probability of 5 or 6 showing first. Then work towards the combined probability by finding [MATH](P)^5[/MATH].

By the way, "shown" not "showed."
