Nigel and Henry trained for marathon. The equation y=1.25 +4 represents that Nigel currently runs 4 miles per week and increases his total miles per week, y, by 1.25 for x number of weeks. Does Henry runs at

1. At start of training. Henry runs less miles than Nigel because Henry runs 3/4 miles per week and Nigel runs 1 1/4 mile
2. Henry runs less miles than Nigel because Henry runs 4 miles per week to Nigel's 6 miles per week.
3. Henry runs more miles per week because Henry runs 1 1/4 miles per week to Nigel runs 3/4 miles per week.
4. Henry runs more miles per week than Nigel because Henry runs 6 miles per week while Nigel runs 4 miles per week
5. And why?

You left out an x in the equation; and the phrase "Does Henry runs at" doesn't belong there, unless you left something else out. I'm guessing it's another equation.
