That depends on how often they win! It will be very different if they win all future games, or none, or something between.

Can you explain the circumstances?

This is impossible. 48% of 212 is 101.76. Was this rounded? 102 games out of 212 is 48.11...% so I suppose that is what you mean- they wo 102 games out of 212.
How many more games do they need to get a 60% winning rate?
This also doesn't make sense. If there were a fixed number of games left then you could talk about how many of them you need to win but there is no given number of games. If they continue to win at the same rate, then they would stay at 48%.
